During the book club review calls you will share ideas and exchange thoughts and plan how to implement new skills in your personal and professional life.
By the end of the year, we will get through 8 books which will help expand your business and leadership knowledge. You will get the chance to explore a wide range of concepts, ideas, and information.
Our book club meetings will be highly interactive which will help you expand your contacts by meeting people outside your professional network and exchange ideas while you learn as a group.
We will be building a group of CURIOUS, ASPIRATIONAL individuals who want to broaden their knowledge and develop themselves professionally and personally.
Every SIX WEEKS we will read and review a new book that will help to increase our awareness of personal behaviour change, leadership and business success.
Our aim with the REAP Book Club is to explore relatively new (not more than five years old) and thought provoking books that will open your eyes to new ways of thinking and being.
Each book selected will be from a reputable author and explore key trends that are relevant for us in 2021. Ultimately this is a forum where you can engage with like-minded people, debate concepts and ideas and benefit from mutual accountability.
Think Again by Adam Grant
An organisational psychologist, Adam Grant reveals that we don’t have to believe everything we think or internalize everything we feel. It’s an invitation to let go of views that are no longer serving us well and prize mental flexibility, humility, and curiosity over foolish consistency. If knowledge is power, knowing what we don’t know is wisdom.
Once you sign up to join the book club you will be notified of the dates we are
starting new books and when the book club calls will be (once every six weeks).
You can join book club and decide if you want to take part for that book or sit it out.
If you join us for the full journey you will have read 8 new books by December 2021!
